It’s Southeast precinct is having its 3rd annual Meet and Treat on Saturday.

Families can enjoy candy, treats and games at the free event from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The 15th Annual Safety Expo is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Westroads Mall, 10000 California St.

One of safety officials concerns is informing parents how to properly use child seats.

The safety expo is free, interactive, educational and a family-friendly event where you can meet local first responders. It’ll offer safety tips and lessons on a variety of topics: Crime Prevention and fire safety; driving, seatbelt, and bicycle safety; hunting and animal safety; water, poison and electrical safety.
