Grandma visited and the kids magically grew halos. Now we’re back to the normal chaos.

We visited Grandma Barb over the weekend.

She’s been staying at an extended patient facility while going through her radiation treatments for throat cancer.

The first few visits were tough on the kids. I don’t think they understood why Grandma was talking through a trek or was now eating through a feeding tube.

During our last visit, I nearly fell on the floor laughing at some of the things the kids said or asked.
