This Sunday, let your kids get their fitness on with … a life-size Angry Birds game?
The YMCA of Greater Omaha will host its Healthy Kids Day at Stinson Park in Aksarben Village from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The free event includes bounce houses, Zumba classes, a sports zone, an aquatic area, a mascot race, a rock wall, a small farmers’ market and yes, a life-size Angry Birds game.
The first 1,000 kids will receive a t-shirt and YMCA drawstring bag. There will also be other giveaways.
The more I thought about the process, the more I wanted to avoid it.
