We have a winner!
Congrats, Sean Miller of Omaha.
You’re the winner of a family four-pack of tickets to see Stomp at 8 p.m Friday at the Orpheum Theater, 409 S. 16th St. Please email email@example.com to learn how you can retrieve your tickets.
Stomp features an eight-member percussion group that creates a riveting rhythmic 90-minute performance using instruments such as matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, match boxes, wooden tea chests and hubcaps.
Sean’s winning post:
“As a toddler, my daughter would demand we watch Sesame Street Let’s Make Music every night before bed so she could see Stomp. She had to grab a pan and spoon from the kitchen to play along. Would love to be able to take her to see it live.”
If you didn’t win, don’t fret.
There’s still plenty of time to purchase tickets to the weekend shows. See details below.
You might want to consider swinging by Whole Foods, 10020 Regency Circle, on noon Friday to meet four of the Stomp cast members. They’ll give a 15- to 20-minute performance to help Stomp Out Hunger with the Food Bank for the Heartland.
When the special promotion code, “HUNGER” is used to purchase a show ticket, Stomp will donate $5 to the Food Bank for the Heartland. The discount is good for any of the three performances.
