Summer will forever be the season of street dances, county fairs and small-town ethnic festivals.
The Wilber Czech Festival kicks off today in Wilber, Neb.
Situated about 35 miles southwest of Lincoln, Wilber typically draws between 30,000 and 50,000 every summer as residents celebrate their rich Czech ancestry.
