Visit Regency Court for the Kids Funfare from 10 a.m. to noon. Make frozen summer treats and think of an item to have the balloon artist create for you.
Bring the family to momaha’s Evening Children’s Story Time at the Bookworm Bookstore, near 87th and Pacific Streets. Encourage your little one to wear pajamas and bring a small stuffed animal. Take the family to Bank of the West Celebrates America bash in Memorial Park. You’ll enjoy live music from Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo and more. The event is from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m.
Explore the seven continents! Ages 5 and up can participate in a 2-hour craft adventure at Michaels. Passport to Imagination cost $2 per child. Crafting is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon through August 2.
Have a weekend of fun at the Verry Cherry Jubilee — the event is 9 a.m. Saturday and again at 5 p.m. Sunday. you can pick your own cherries, go on a hay rack, participate in the Cherry Pit Spit Contest and more. This event takes place at the Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard in Nebraska City.
Attend Shakespeare on the Green.Titus Andronicus starts at 8 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
R.I.P.P.E.D 4 Kids with Louie is a fun way to combine fitness, nutrition and character building while having fun. It’s free — just bring a canned food donation — and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Fitness Kings Personal Training, 2851 Capehart Road in Bellevue.
Come out to the Shadow Ridge Country Club, 1501 S. 188th Plaza for an evening of WOMEN, WINE & FASHION. The event starts at 6 p.m. Help clothing designers raise money for charity with this summer fashion show — proceeds will benefit the Friends of Naivasha.
If you haven’t checked out A Bug’s World at the Omaha Children’s Museum you are missing out! Climb the Toadstool Tower and crawl through a 40-foot ant hill. Open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A great way to relax is Yoga Rocks The Park. Starts at 4 p.m. Yoga Rocks The Park will feature live music, massage, integrative therapy exhibitions and vendor booths. It is free and is every Sunday through July 14.
Bring the kids out to watch “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” at Midtown Crossing, near 33rd and Farnam Streets for this week’s Monday Nights Movies in the Park.
