Snap photos of your kids with The Easter Bunny today and tomorrow at Shadow Lake Towne Center. He will be hoping along Main Street between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with honorary bunny ears to give to each child.

Take the kids to TD Ameritrade Park to watch the Creighton Bluejays take on the UNO Mavericks baseball team. Game starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth.
Momaha’s evening story time event is tonight at the Bookworm Bookstore, 87th and Pacific. Former Husker and NFL player, Steve Warren, will be reading to the kids at 7 p.m. Milk and cookies will be provided at the end of the evening.
Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse opens today at the Rose Theater. The show is based on the best-selling book and is approximately 60 minutes. For tickets call (402) 345-4849. Show starts at 7 p.m.
Watch the Omaha Beef Indoor Football Team take on the Kansas Koyotes at the Ralston Arena. Game begins at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door with prices ranging from $20-$46.
Lace up your tennis shoes and run for a good cause. Retro Run is an 80′s-themed 5K race at Elmwood Park. Heats start at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. Free childcare is provided from 8 a.m. to noon as well as an Easter egg hunt around 10 a.m. for children to participate in. Proceeds go to the Siena Francis homeless shelter. Cost is $15 to pre-register and $20 on race day.
Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop at your local Michael’s. This week kids will make a hatching chick. Sessions start every half hour from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Cost is $2 per child.
Come out to La Vista Sports Complex, 66th and Harrison, for a free Easter egg hunt. The event begins at 10 a.m. Children of different age groups will participate at different baseball fields. For more information call the La Vista Recreation Department at (402) 331-3455.
Enjoy games and food at Dave & Buster’s Easter Buffet. Buffet begins at 9 a.m. as well as an Easter egg hunt at 12 p.m. Five dollar power game cards will be given to each person. Cost is $12.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids 10 and under. For reservations call Heather at (402) 778-3921.
Participate in the Egg Launch at the Strategic Air & Space Museum, 28210 W Park Hwy, at 12 p.m. Guests will recieve an egg in a bag and will construct a capsule out of assorted recycled items to protect their egg from impact. At 1 p.m., everyone will meet and find out which eggs can survive. Prizes will be given to those who protected their eggs. Cost is $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 4-12.
