Josie Loza: ‘Madeline’s Christmas’ play date with momaha
Josie Loza Omaha World-Herald

Momaha and The Rose Theater are hosting a special “Madeline’s Christmas” play date today in the piano room near Glo Lounge at Midtown Crossing.

At 10 a.m., we’ll have a Madeline story time with her in person. She’ll take photos and sign autographs with children.

Delice European Bakery and Cafe will help us set the “Christmas in Paris” theme by providing a limited amount of pastries and hot chocolate.

As children wait to meet Madeline, they can participate in a make-and-take craft or learn more about the young girls in Miss Clavel’s care during a question-and-answer session.

Don’t worry mom and dad we have something for you too.

We’ll have drawings for “Madeline’s Christmas” books and ticket giveaways to the musical. Those who attend the event will get $5 discount coupons to use when purchasing their Rose Theater tickets to the show.

“Madeline’s Christmas” runs Nov. 23 through Dec. 16 at The Rose Theater, 2001 Farnam St. Show times are 7 p.m. Fridays and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. And an additional performance will be given 7 p.m. Dec. 13.
