Shrek tickles me with joy.

Just the sight of him gives me the church giggles — that sort of bashful laugh that you can’t control no matter how many times your Mom says to stop.

We hope the big, green, cranky ogre has the same affect on Dawnisha Hunter.

Congrats, Dawnisha! You won a family four-pack of tickets to “Shrek the Musical,” which runs Oct. 23-28 at the Orpheum Theater. Tickets are on sale for as low as $25.

We published a question specific to Shrek in the momaha column inside the Living section.

The question: Who is Shrek’s best friend? 

The answer: Donkey, of course.

“Shrek the Musical” is based on the DreamWorks computer-generated animation. You’ll find the same loveable characters including an annoying donkey, a feisty princess and a villain with a “short” temper.
