Josie Loza: It’s more than cutting and pasting
Josie Loza Omaha World-Herald

Scrapbooking is big business. But I’m sure you’ve known that with all the niche stores that have popped up over the past five years.
What surprised me is how much of a social occasion scrapbooking has become. People are gathering informally with friends or in clubs that meet as often as once a week.
And then there are daylong “crops” or scrapbooking sessions, sometimes put on as fundraisers. More than 30 women recently gathered at Omaha Bryan High School to raise money for the school’s baseball booster club. Read more about it here.
